Artorial Giclée prints are made to order. Please allow up to 7 days from placing order for it to be printed and shipped.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package size and weight. All deliveries are sent Royal Mail tracked and signed for.
Artorial currently ship to UK only but are working hard to expand this soon to EU and Rest of World.
Prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper for protection. Careful and minimal handling is best to avoid creasing and marking. Prior to unwrapping, ensure the surface is flat, clean and dry and hands are clean and dry. If the print is being re-rolled for storage in the tube then do so with its tissue paper.
As all Artorial prints are made to order, quality checked and packaged by hand, they are not eligible for refund or exchange for change of mind.
Prints are packaged carefully to reach you in pristine condition. On the rare occasion that an order arrives with damage to the parcel or tube, please note it on the delivery form (where you sign for your package). Photograph all damages to the print(s) and the packaging and include them in an email to us at hello@artorial.art within 5 days of receipt. Without images of both, we may not be able to issue a replacement or refund. Please include the order number in the email. In these circumstances we will endeavour to send out a replacement(s) immediately and arrange return of damaged goods.
If a refund is requested, it will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the print(s) back to us, to the credit or debit card used in the initial order.
